What We Sell
We sell digital dining guides ("Maps") delivered as interactive Wanderlog links, covering curated restaurant recommendations for specific cities. Maps are digital products delivered electronically; there is no physical shipment.
License to Use
When you purchase a Map, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-user license to access and use it for personal, non-commercial use. You may not share, resell, copy, or redistribute your Map link or its contents. We may disable access to any link found in violation of this license.
Purchases and Payment
Purchases are processed through Stripe and our Beacons storefront. By purchasing, you authorize us to charge your payment method the full price shown at checkout. Prices may change at any time; this won't affect purchases already completed.
Delivery
You'll receive access to your Map by email, typically within minutes of purchase. If you don't receive access within 24 hours, contact us below.
Refunds
Because Maps are digital products delivered instantly, all sales are final and non-refundable, except where required by law. If you have a technical issue accessing your Map, contact us and we'll make it right.
Accuracy of Information
We make reasonable efforts to keep restaurant information accurate, but venues change hours, close, or update policies without notice. Maps are a curation and research aid, not a guarantee of any restaurant's availability.
Intellectual Property
All Map content is the property of Curated Travel Bites LLC. Your purchase grants a license to use it as described above; it does not transfer ownership.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Curated Travel Bites LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of our Maps. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid.
Third-Party Services
Our Services rely on:
- Stripe (payment processing) — stripe.com/legal
- Beacons (storefront platform) — beacons.ai/terms
- Wanderlog (Map delivery)
We aren't responsible for outages or issues on these platforms beyond our control.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Arizona.
