We also know what a well researched meal does. It stays with you for years, and every time you think about it, you're reminded of a time of joy and fulfillment. Behind every great meal is a story, whether it comes from a high-end kitchen or a family counter that started out of necessity. We want business travelers to have those memories, but we know there is not enough time to figure out where to go. So we started doing the research before the trip: reading menus, checking how long places have been open, and working out which spots suit a client, a team, or one tired person at a counter.
